We wish to extend a huge thanks to everyone who has encouraged us to start Chartwell Noble in 2023. We have been humbled by the support that we have received in the past 12 months and cannot thank you all enough.

It has been a dream of ours for many years to not just have our own Estate Agency, but to create an agency which brings something different to our local market. We're not just selling houses but helping people move and creating a market for our local communities, giving both buyers and sellers the "Chartwell Noble Advantage".

We have had the opportunity to join forces with some amazing partners who are the very best in their chosen fields.  They share our passion for estate agency and together we aim to redefine the customer journey for both buyer and seller alike.  Utilising technology to:

  • Automate processes, incorporating AI and workflows such as onboarding & legal preparation, client portals & apps for both sellers and buyers
  • Helping buyers find the home of their dreams, even if that property is "off-market"
  • Securing deals and reducing fall throughs, and frustrations, for all
  • Create amazing marketing collateral, including drone photography & videography, virtual tours, CGI imaging

The marketing of our client's properties will be first rate; however this is only the beginning of the journey. Our clients will be legally prepared at the point of marketing, and deals will be agreed on the understanding that both parties are fully committed to the sale/purchase. This will provide a positive, game changing experience for all involved.

We have partnered with Solicitors, Surveyors, Removals firms, Utilities Companies, Mortgage Brokers all of whom are the best in class in their respective fields. We will hold them to the same standards as we hold ourselves, and we are excited about watching these relationships develop.

We are also proud to share that we have been invited to become members of the Federation of Independent Agents (the FIA), "a select group of independent agents, invted to join the FIA based on their commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism".

We will have several exciting announcements for the new year and cannot wait to share our progress with you all as it happens.

Once again, a massive thank you to all of those who have helped us on the journey so far and we look forward to welcoming new clients, partners and colleagues as the business grows in 2024 and beyond.
