Percy brings 16 years of agency experience to his new role as a Partner Agent for the Cotswolds with Chartwell Noble, focussing on the the acquisition and sale of high-end homes in the Cotswolds.

He has lived in the area for 6 years, and has strong family connections to Bibury and the surrounding area. After 6 years commuting to London to engage in a highly competitive and dynamic market, he is now focused on bringing his unique skill set to help home owners local to him in Wiltshire & the south Cotswolds. He has previously worked for Newmark, BNP Paribas RE, and Strutt & Parker.

Percy lives on the farm near Cricklade, with his wife, two boys, a spaniel, and three cats.
